When will my order ship?
On average, it takes us 2-5 business day to process and ship out your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding. All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the shipping method that is the most efficient.

How do the shirts fit?
All t-shirts, crewnecks, and hoodies and unisex sizing. If you would like an oversized fit, I would suggest ordering 1 or 2 sizes larger than your normal size, depending on how big you would like your shirt. Please refer to our size charts for additional assistance:

Shipping Times:
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL USA ORDERS $150+

Your order will be shipped through the USPS or UPS. Specific shipping times will vary and will depend on the shipping service and your proximity to Northern Virginia where all orders are shipped.

International Shipping:
Currently, the only items eligible to be shipped internationally are stickers. Thank you for understanding.

International Mail (sticker-only orders do not include tracking): please allow 21-28 days for delivery.

Returns and Exchanges:
At this time, we are not accepting returns or exchanges. Once shipped, all sales are considered final. If there are any issues, email brandisdesignco@gmail.com with "Support" in the subject line.

Sticker Care:
All stickers are waterproof and sunproof! They are made with premium vinyl and are resistant to fading and scratching. It is recommended to gently wash surfaces with stickers on it.

Sticker Application:
To apply sticker, peel the white backing paper away from the sticker. Stickers are designed for a single-use application, but can be removed to little or no residue. If there is any remaining residue, I like to use hand sanitizer or disinfecting wipe to remove the rest.

Drinkware Care:
Hand wash only. Care instructions are included in your order.
